Game development students sought for new writing partnership initiative

September 30, 2016

Over the coming months, we're trialling a new initiative that will pair up confident writers with excellent game development students to help support the development of collaborative articles for Press Start.

We believe there to be great game development students who don't enjoy academic writing, and non-technical students who love to write but lack the inside track on some exciting game development work, or some interesting data to write up. Our new initiative aims to bring the two together.

Students from any background are encouraged to join the journal Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/PressStartJournal/ to get involved.

The usual Press Start rules will apply – authors must be current students or recent graduates – and any articles produced will be subject to the usual peer review process.

Any questions may be posted to the Facebook group, or emails may be sent to the editor at Matthew.Barr@glasgow.ac.uk
